There may be several reasons for printing blank pages.
1. Ensure your labels are "Direct Thermal" labels. Some kind of printer labels namely "Thermal Transfer" labels can not be used on a direct thermal printer. Although they may look similar to each other.
2. The label side that you peel off should be facing up when feeding the labels, please follow the below picture and don't put it upside down, or the printed page would be blank.
3. It's possible that the printer didn't recognize the label size correctly yet. Please press and hold the feeder button on the top for 3 seconds until you hear one beep then release, the label will automatically move back and forth to complete the 'intelligent label study'. Then you can start printing.

4. Please do remember to install the driver after connecting the cables and turn on the printer. In most cases, the driver will automatically recognize the printer based on the operating system. If the wrong driver is manually selected, printing blank page or other error may occur. You can insert the AOBIO USB stick which contains the Mac driver and Windows driver into the computer, double click the driver to install directly; Or you can download the driver zip file from our website.
